  6. included  hardware  drivers,  Trident, additional tools and other pieces of
  7. software included  in  this  package)  and  documentation  is  written  and
  8. Copyright 2002 by Chris Hodges. All rights reserved.

  10. No parts of this program or documentation may be altered by any means (this
  11. includes   editing,   modifying,   reprogramming,   extracting,  crunching,
  12. resourcing  etc.)  except  archiving.   It   is   especially   illegal   to

  14. enable the features in Poseidon  which  are  disabled  without  licence  or
  15. personal keyfile.

  62. version  containing  no  keyfile, this software may be tested up to 30 days
  63. before you have to deinstall it and acquire a legal keyfile.

  66. included in a commercial product and it is not stated otherwise.

  70.                    Registered Software License Agreement

  73. The author of this software will grant the Licensee a limited, nonexclusive
  74. right to use the program "Poseidon USB Stack" and its associated files on a
  75. single machine. The producer will hand out a  special  identification  file
  76. called  the  keyfile to the Licensee. This keyfile will enable the Licensee
  77. to fully use this software package according to the terms of this  license.
  78. The  keyfile is strictly for personal use by the Licensee only. You may not
  79. duplicate, distribute, hire or  sell  a  keyfile.  Any  disclosure  of  the
  80. keyfile  will  invalidate  the license and the keyfile itself. The Licensee
  81. must ensure that the keyfile will not disclosed by accient  (e.g.  enclosed
  82. in another file, especially configuration files).

  84. The Licensee will  be  held  liable  of  any  damage  arising  out  of  the
  85. disclosure  of  the keyfile. The product is provided as is without warranty
  86. of any kind, either expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including
  87. without    limitation   any   implied   warranties   of   non-infringement,
  88. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to
  89. use,  results  and  performance of the product is assumed by you and should
  90. the product prove to be defective,  you  assume  the  entire  cost  of  all
  91. necessary  servicing,  repair  or  other remediation. In no event shall the
  92. producer of this product or  its  resellers  be  liable  for  any  property
  93. damage,  personal  injury,  loss  of  use  or other indirect, incidental or
  94. consequential damages, including without limitation, any damages  for  lost
  95. profits,  business  interruption  or  data  which  may  be lost or rendered
  96. inaccurate, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
